We are happy to announce that blocks C and D have now reached the roofing stage. This is an important step that marks significant progress in the construction of these buildings. The completion of the roofing allows us to move on to the next stages, such as internal finishes and technical installations, ensuring that the project remains on schedule and meets the quality standards that define our brand.
Meanwhile, blocks A and B are also progressing very positively. The work on these blocks is proceeding at a good pace, as planned. This continuous progress is the result of the hard work and dedication of our construction team, as well as the invaluable support of our partners.
We are confident that the Porto by ARC Homes development will be a landmark in the Prelada area, offering an excellent residential space.
