In March 2023, Arc Homes and the chosen construction company for this project, Edinorte, formally embarked on the construction process of the Porto by ARC Homes development.
Two months later, the site preparation phase achieved a triumphant conclusion. Currently, the excavation works for foundations and hidden structures are underway. These works require meticulous attention to detail as they are necessary to establish solid foundations, create the necessary underground infrastructure, and prepare the land for proper and secure building construction.
The project’s progress is perfectly aligned with the meticulously planned schedule and stands as a testament to the commitment and dedication demonstrated by all involved.
The countdown for the projected construction period of the Porto by ARC Homes project has begun, with the expectation that after 26 months, this entire process will be completed.
